Propulsion Vehicle Diver

Description:

If you want to feel the sensation of flying in an airless space, this is the course for you. The course can be taken by divers who have 12 years old and who already have a PADI Open Water Diver (Junior Open Water Diver) certificate or equivalent. The course program includes 2 open water dives, which can be done within 1 day. On the first dive, divers learn the basic skills of diving with scuba tugs, and on the second, they learn to plan and execute dives using them.

Academic:

The special course program includes: Planning, organization, technique and technique of diving with underwater tugs, as well as the difficulties and dangers associated with their use. Equipment Use: Battery Care, Operation and Precautions. Skill: how to count returning time. Correctly act in the event of a towing vehicle breakdown. Cope with a tow truck that won’t shut down. Correctly act during descent and ascent. Do not jam the propeller. Various ways to protect underwater flora and fauna. Methods of entering and exiting the water with a towing vehicle.

Additional information

A tug dive performed as part of the Adventure Diver course may, at the instructor’s discretion, be eligible for the Propulsion Vehicle Diver Specialty course.
